HP SMART CHAMPS CONTEST - TERMS & CONDITIONS

General Terms & Conditions
• This contest is conducted  by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd having its registered office at 10/4, 4th Floor, Mitra Towers, Kasturba Road, Bangalore, Karnataka, India - 560001 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”) for HP India Sales Private Limited (“HP”).
• The Contest is valid for end-customer purchases (You) made from 28th March 2025 till 27th May 2025 through all offline and online channels on specific HP Smart Tank printer SKUs: 580, 589, 520, 529, 585, 525, 583, 523, 584, 524, 530, 581, 670, 675, 720, 750, 790.
• Employees of the Organizer and HP, as well as their affiliates, partners, and immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
• The contest  is valid only in India.
• The contest requires participants to visit https://hpsmartchamps.com and answer 2 questions. The contest shall not be settled in lieu of cash and is not transferable. Participation in this contest is purely voluntary. 
• Valid email ID and mobile numbers of the participant is mandatory for registration and communication. Redemption is limited to a single registration per email ID and mobile number of the participant. 
• Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name, Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt to claim rewards.
• No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered, or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
• The invoice/bill copy should mention the eligible products i.e. HP Smart Tank Printers.
• The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
• One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
• Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
• Customers can participate a maximum of 1 (one) time per person, per mobile number, per email ID, and per invoice during the promotion period
• Organizer and/or HP reserves the right to modify, withdraw, extend, or terminate the contest at its discretion without prior notice and is not liable for delays or loss due to force majeure or government-imposed restrictions.
• Organizer and HP disclaims all warranties, express or implied, associated with this contest.
• By participating, participants agree to these T&Cs and Privacy Policy of HP. All decisions made by the Organizer and HP regarding the contest are final and binding.
• The contest is open to Indian Citizens above the age of 18. 
• Only answers submitted on this link will be held valid (https://hpsmartchamps.com).
• Only complete entries, and correct answer to question 1 and creative answers for question 2 will be considered. Participants are to upload their valid invoice before providing their response. Participants are required to provide answers that are clear, legible, and respectful. Any response that is illegible, personal, defamatory, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate will not be tolerated. Participants should refrain from submitting content that violates the rights of others, including but not limited to, personal privacy, intellectual property, or any other legal rights. Any such responses may result in disqualification from participation.
• Entries must be in English.
• Each participant can submit only one entry per printer purchase. Multiple/ duplicate entries using the same contact details on the same printer purchase will be disqualified.
• The Contest will commence from 12.00:01 AM on 28th March 2025 to 11:59:59 PM on 27th May 2025.
• Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through registration on www.hpsmartchamps.com.
• Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
• Winners will be selected by an independent panel based on the correctness of submitted answer for question 1 and creativity of the submitted answers for question 2.

• The winners will be contacted via email and phone. Winners must respond within 3 days of notification, failing which an alternate winner may be selected. 
• Winners will be required to respond to confirm eligibility and to provide verification documents within 24 hours of initial contact to be eligible for the Winner selection process. Winners will be required to share the verification documents as provided below as proof for identification and verification purposes only:
a) Copy of Address Proof (Electricity/Mobile bill)
b) Copy of Aadhar Card
c) Copy of PAN Card
d) NOC Certificate
e) Valid Indian Passport (minimum 9 months validity)
• In the event that the Winners do not respond to communications within 24 hours of initial contact, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify that Winner, and the Prize will be forfeited or offered to another Participant as HP in its sole discretion deems fit.
• If the Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two further attempts will be made to contact the Winner within the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Winner does not attend the call or is unreachable, the Winner’s participation in the Campaign will come to an end and the Winner’s entry will not be considered for the Prizes.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found using fraudulent means to enter the contest and / or violating the Contest’s terms or engaging in unethical practices.
• The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the Contest or use of the prizes and shall indemnify the Organizer against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings(including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered by the Organizers as a consequence of (i) violation of terms of these T&C, HP’s Privacy Policy and other terms of the redemption website by the participant ; (ii) violation of applicable laws; (iii) any action or inaction resulting in wilful misconduct or negligence on participant’s part.
• By participating, you agree and consent to the collection, usage, storage, transfer, sharing or otherwise processing of personal information or sensitive personal information provided by You in accordance with these T&Cs and Organizer’s Privacy Policy. Organizer will connect with You to gather additional information required to make the travel arrangements which will be processed and used according to their Privacy Policy. • No queries, claims, disputes, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by HP and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
• Last date to Register: 27th May 2025.
• By accepting the prizes, the winner agrees to the use of their name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
• The Contest is governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, India.

• Delivery and Acceptance
? Product delivery will be initiated after HP’s authorized team confirms the delivery address via a phone call. Up to three contact attempts will be made to complete this confirmation before dispatch. 
? HP arranges delivery through trusted third-party logistics. A total of 3 delivery attempts will be made
? Any physical damage must be reported immediately upon delivery.
• Warranty
? Standard manufacturer warranty applies, terms of which vary by product.
? HP is not liable for damages caused by improper use, power surges, or unauthorised modifications.

• No flights or hotel rooms are blocked in advance; availability is subject to change at the time of confirmation.

The Organizer will not be held responsible for any legal issues or violations arising from the winner and/ or their family's actions during the trip. • The Organizer will not be liable for any delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances affecting the trip, including natural disasters, flight disruptions, or health-related issues
• The Participant acknowledges that any quarantine restrictions imposed by any relevant authorities for entry into destination of travel or return including but not limited to any COVID-19 test or COVID-19 vaccination requirements, shall be borne and complied to by the Winner and HP and/or the Campaign Partner and/or execution partner, if any, shall not be responsible for the same.
• The Winner shall be solely responsible to arrange the Visa, Travel insurance, and other boarding charges etc. for the Prizes awarded above and HP and/or Organizer and/or execution partner, if any, shall not facilitate the same.
• The Participant shall be solely responsible for adhering to any terms & and conditions applicable as per hotel accommodation policy, travel partners policy, and any other applicable policies. HP and/or Organizer and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., if any, shall not be responsible for any rejection or cancellation of the Prizes awarded due to any violations committed by the Participant.
• The travel dates will be solely determined by HP and/or Organizer and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.
• No cancellations or amendments to the booking are possible after the Eligible Winner has received confirmation of his/her booking from Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.
• Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for approval or application for VISA.
• The Eligible Winner hereby expressly acknowledges and undertakes that Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and/or Organizer of the offer cannot be held responsible for any alterations to the flight schedules and routes.
• Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd does not give any guarantee or make any representation of the delivery, quality or suitability of the Flight and/or the services being offered by the relevant airline. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd is also not liable for any deficiency in services so offered by any of the airlines.
• The Eligible Winner agrees and undertakes not to hold Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd and the Company its directors, officers, employees etc responsible for or liable for any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, cost, charges and expenses that the purchaser may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur by way of and/or on account of the present offer.
• HP and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a purchaser and/or a co passenger, directly or indirectly by user or non-user of the air tickets and/or any of the products/services offered.
• The Eligible Winner shall comply with all the rules and regulations of the airlines (as applicable).
• Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd further reserves the right to withdraw this offer without notice in the event of force Major circumstances i.e. Act of God, war, earthquake, flood, fire, catastrophe, strikes or any event beyond reasonable control.
